And don`t be surprised if it reminds you a lot of my Armonia character, they are in fact related and purposely similar, though because of different sources >u>
Also Proton got a lot of his opinions from this guy, they were friends at one point (not mentioned in the old history oops) so there goes more character similarity ahhah

• |OBLIVIOUS|
• Branch rarely pays attention to his surroundings unless they specifically interest him. He could be half-way through a conversation and suddenly walk away if he deems you boring. Of course, it`s more likely to happen the other way around, the guy doesn`t say much and is perfectly capable of just staring at you for half an hour. Occasionally he will become so interested in a small intricate item (such as clocks, bells...) he will completely cut off from the outer world
• This branch ain`t the brightest tool in the shed and he can`t even hide it. 
• Despite all of his shortcomings, the nuzleaf has an amazing memory when he tries. One would almost dare to call it photographic. 

• |RELAXED|
• This is most likely the "chillest" guy you will ever meet, there is absolutely nothing that will throw him off. And while it is nice talking to someone you literally can`t piss off, it gets dull when he hardly ever grows excited about anything.
  
• He wears a facade-like happy face, no matter the occasion or situation. There is an aluminium wall around this kid`s emotions. 
• Branch prefers to live in the moment and not to bother himself with the future, or the past for that matter. Life is too short for that. Thanks to this, he has an incredibly positive outlook on life and it`s rare to see him feel down. 
• All he wants is a calm and relaxed life, somewhere out in the forest with little noise to distract him. 

• |LAZY|
• With his relaxed nature, comes the side-effect of utter laziness. Branch cannot get a single task done as he lacks any sort of motivation. He is the living example of procrastination. 
• In his ideal world, he would spend all day sleeping, eating and playing his flute. 
• He breezes with ease through most situations however. The laziest of us are always the luckiest.
• Don`t give him any important tasks. He may promise he will do them, but this boy's laziness can`t be trusted. 

• |PARANOID|
• Too much water for this boy means a state of paranoia. He`s too used to his numbness to ever live normally again. 
• He talks to himself on a daily basis and usually refers to himself in third person. An odd quirk, but it`s easy to get used to. 

• |DISRESPECTFUL|
• Branch believes highly in complete equality. And while that sounds nice at first glance, this sort of mindset more than often gets him into trouble with higher authority, like teachers. 
• Did I say complete equality? Because of suffering from a deep fascination with the females, he does occasionally slip up on his wording. He`s always quick to correct himself however. 
• He refers to everyone as "bros" and uses the phases "totally awesome" too much. Might be cool and hip with the teens, but the teachers don`t appreciate his friendliness. 

• History:
•                 ^{Aww man, it was so awesome being a kid. Remember all those days wasted climbing trees? And how you used to collect everything that let out a shine, stuff that others called garbage... but you still do that, don`t you? You can`t lie to me, I can still see that precious yo-yo you found in your hand. 
  Too bad nothing ever lasts, your stupid parents send you off to school with the rest of the kids. But you were not made for school life. They were so mean to you, can you even recall what they used to call you? Pinocchio. Even when you were seedot, that nose was in your way. Hush now, it wasn`t your fault you moved from such a nature-loving town to the big city. They just weren`t used to a talking piece of wood. Plus you were such an ugly kid, you were bount to get bullied. And you know, in the end that big nose was actually a good thing, it at least protected your face from the bully`s punches. 
  How long did it take your parents to figure it out? They never did, am I right? You shouldn`t have learned to fake that smile so convincingly. Why didn`t you just tell them those bruises weren`t just from gym class? 
  I`m sorry, you want me to stop, don`t you? Okay then, I`ll move on to the more interesting years. How about... when you turned fourteen? Bang! You evolved into six feet tall Nuzleaf! And then you went to school and beat up all those dumb punks who made fun of you. It was worth the detention, haha. And then you did it again, and again, and suddenly you were kicked out of school. But you didn`t care anyway. 
  It all turned into a blur after that. Like a long pleasant dream, only to be woken up by a loud alarm. You found yourself back in Fortree, once again attending some kind of high school...? But it was different this time around. All that anger disappeared from your system, you were around nature, around people who looked familiar. Finally some nice fellow grass pokemon. 
  Talking about nice pokemon, do you know this was the first school you went to that had both boys AND girls? Actually, the majority of them were some pretty hot babes, especially the older gals. You couldn`t help but.... try hitting on them... asking them on dates... and sometimes even peaking in the girls` dressing rooms.... Girls are weird. No wonder you earned the reputation of being a bit of a hopeless romantic.
  Wait, why are you going to this new school again? It was something about turning into a jerk...? Oh well, whatever makes you feel better.}
  Branch was born on the edge Fortree City to a young Shiftry couple. He had a wonderful early childhood, except for maybe the fact that he was incredibly lonely. You see, his parents lived in an isolated cabin in the middle of the woods. You would rarely meet any other friendly mons, especially some that would be in Branch`s age group. But the boy didn`t complain that much, he used it as an opportunity to widen his imagination, creating his own, imaginary friends. Obviously, his parents got a bit worried since he kept talking with them more and more frequently, it almost seemed as if he completely forgot they weren`t real. So they decided to move all the way to Rustboro, a big busting city. It was a bold and life changing decision, but they believed it was for the best.
  It was a big shock for the little seedot and he never got entirely used to city life. Or the city people for that matter, they were too different. He soon started having problems at school. He was often called ugly for his large nose and thanks to their constant bickering about his appearance, the seedot quickly learned how to become oblivious to such comments. However, Branch turned angry with his evolution and worst of all, kept embracing his imaginary relationships even more. 
  After his many rage outbursts at school, Branch was finally kicked out, coincidentally, on the same day his father got fired from work. With nothing holding them in Rustboro, the family moved back to Fortree, albeit this time much closer to civilization. 
  Branch was given a couple of months to just relax and think everything through before returning to school. He changed a lot in between those weeks. Spending so much time around nature made him realize anger was useless to keep holding onto and he vowed to never get filled with rage again. He talked a lot, not to anyone in particular, just to his own reflection. He might have looked crazy, but it did help him a lot. One day, he decided to put on a bright smile, a perfect facade, and ever since then it never left his face for more than a couple of minutes. Sadness, joy, pain, love... whatever emotion he was feeling, that smile always kept its place. He even began going to school again. And since his first school was a "boys only", females were completely alien to him. He turned fascinated with girls and was constantly chasing after them. 
  Not only was he turning into a sort of jerk, he also started bullying some of the younger kids just for fun. He would pull their things out of their reach, tug at their tails, make them do stuff for him... it was like he forgot what it was like to be in their place. Or maybe it was just because most nuzleaf are known for being mean pranksters, so he can`t really help it.
  His confidence began to rise above normal levels and he realized this was not who he wanted to be. He thought the school was being bad influence on him and that maybe he should get out and start hanging out with other pokemon rather than grass-types. He demanded he was moved to a different school, some place far away from home.
• (( >Branch was eventually moved from school to school (including a couple of months in Armonia), more than often kicked out for his lazy and irresponsible behavior. His poor parents spend the last bits of their money for their son's education. Hopefully StMortiel will give the kid a wake up call.))

Extra:

- Introduces himself using his last name
- the tone and irritable slowness of his voice never changes 
- He wears his school pants knee-high; he can`t get them over his huge calves (most likely the strongest parts of his body)
- He LOVES short, chubby, chest and hip gifted girls; ironically he`s the complete opposite with his anorexic weight. The more he can grab onto, the better
- Branch only bullies kids MUCH younger and smaller than him; he`s not exactly Hercules himself. Might have something to do with his dislike for small children. 
- Sometimes he stuffs his suit just to seem fatter
- A heavy kleptomaniac and hoarder; he even has a decent yo-yo collection
- Even though his special powers are very weak, he can still muster up a decent energy ball, which he then spends hours upon hours studying and playing around with. It`s a bit of a substitute for when he`s missing his yoyo
- He has some sort of white/yellowish sap instead of blood
- His body is very wooden and there`s a layer of bark covering it 
- His walking is very clumsy thanks to having a hard time bending anything other than his joints, he kind of reminds of a wooden puppet
- He keeps scratching his ankles and elbows thus causing the bark to fall off and sometimes even bleed lightly. He especially focuses on his joints to make them more movable, which are in an almost always constant state of lightly bleeding
- His skin is very tough thanks to all the bark, so he hardly feels any pain most of the time (however the lighter areas are pretty sensitive), but staying without water for longer periods of time turns it very frail to the point where it crumbles on touch
- His body is very scarred as he is often bumping into stuff, but because of regenerative abilities they heal under a few days (he brags about these scars in front of attractive girls, claiming to have gotten them from intense fights etc.)
- He has A LOT of trouble with stairs
- Unfortunately, he has developed a heavy smoking habit and rarely drinks water - the smaller the white dots in his eyes are, the more water is running through his system and the healthier he is (most of the time they are pretty wide)
- Also, the more water - the browner his bark gets and the less calm he is, to the point where he can turn completely paranoid if he gets too much water
- He sleeps through most classes and falls behind easily
- Like other nuzleaf, he doesn`t like being pinched on the nose and if you try holding it for too long, he will faint
- has a massive thing for fire-type girls
- He likes nicknaming his friends after berries 
- He is colorblind, but unaware of it (color changing events in armonia were fun yey)
- Has a love for rap and disco
- He dislikes when his cookies are chocolate instead of raisins and prefers the black part of oreos
